ABOUT CASSANDRA
Cassandra Stephens: A Passionate Leader in Business, Wellness, and Organization
Cassandra Stephens is the founder of Cass Consulting, a not-for-profit Private Ministerial Association (PMA). With a career spanning over two decades, her journey is a testament to resilience, passion, and an unshakable love for people and community.
A Career Rooted in Creativity and AdaptabilityCassandra’s professional path began in 2004 when she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from CSUS. She spent nine years as a Senior Graphic Designer at Pacific MarCom in Auburn and Commerce Printing in Sacramento, mastering the art of visual storytelling. However, life had different plans. When her daughter developed a life-threatening health condition, Cassandra pivoted into entrepreneurship, co-founding The Marketing Minds Inc. and stepping fully into self-employment.
For 20 years, she thrived as a business owner, designing marketing materials across print, web, and social media for businesses nationwide—always meeting deadlines with precision. Beyond marketing, she managed technology systems and office platforms while simultaneously taking on freelance roles in Interior Design and Web Design.
A Mother’s Love Turned MissionCassandra’s career took an unexpected yet profound turn when her daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy that caused seizures every time she fell asleep. For five years, Cassandra operated on little to no sleep, diving deep into research, advocacy, and natural medicine. Through sheer determination, she found a path to healing, and today, her daughter is seizure-free. This life-altering experience ignited a passion for natural health and wellness that would shape the next phase of her career.
A Life Dedicated to Service and CommunityCassandra’s journey wasn’t just about healing her daughter—it was about ensuring no other family had to endure what hers did. She channeled her love for people and community into public speaking, event planning, community leadership, business management, and trauma work. Whether coordinating health events, fundraising, or leading teams, Cassandra brought her signature blend of heart, humor, and unwavering dedication.
As a Reiki Energy Healer for six years, she has continued to help others find balance and healing. The last three years have seen her flourish as the founder of Cass Consulting, offering expertise in business and office management (both in-person and remote), lifestyle organizing, and business consulting. Her ability to bring structure to chaos—whether in personal lives, professional spaces, or community initiatives—has become her trademark.
The Art of Organization Meets the Heart of Service
Cassandra’s talents are undeniably eclectic: Graphic Designer, Interior Designer, Business Manager, Energy Healer, Organizer, and PMA Founder. But at the core of it all is a simple truth—she thrives on helping people. Whether guiding individuals toward better health, structuring businesses for efficiency, or rallying communities for a cause, she does it all with an infectious enthusiasm and a knack for making everything (and everyone) run smoothly.
Some might call it an obsessive need for order; she calls it making life flow with ease. Either way, her natural ability to bring harmony to people and projects alike is what makes her an invaluable asset to every space she touches.
Cassandra’s story is one of love, resilience, and an unyielding commitment to service. Her work is a reflection of her belief that health, success, and happiness aren’t just goals—they’re a way of life, best achieved together.
